What does the fully funded program cover?

The program provides the following facilities:

Round-trip flight tickets (Pekanbaru – Jakarta – Pekanbaru)
Accommodation during the program
Lunch provided on working days

How many participants will be accepted?

The number of selected participants will be announced during the written test and interview phase.

What is the format for the Parent/Guardian Consent Letter?

There is no fixed format required by the organizer.

However, the letter should include:

A statement of consent from the parent/guardian
Confirmation allowing the participant to join The Jakarta Apprenticeship Program in June-July 2026
Signature of the parent/guardian

What are the requirements for the Medical Check Letter?

The medical certificate can be issued by:

Public health centers (Puskesmas)
Hospitals
Clinics
Licensed doctors

As long as the document is officially issued and confirms that the participant is in good health, it will be accepted.

How can I obtain and submit my academic transcript?

The academic transcript can be downloaded from the student portal.

Please ensure that:

The document is clear and readable
It includes the cumulative GPA (Grade Point Average)/ IPK (Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif)

What should be included in the Internship Application Letter?

The letter should be issued by your Faculty or Department and signed by an authorized representative.

It must include the applicant’s details (name, student ID, and study program), and be addressed to:
